We’re looking for caring, reliable Classroom Support Assistants to join our team in Worthing and the surrounding area. Whether you prefer full-time roles or flexible, day‑to‑day placements, we’ll help place you in settings where your support truly matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting teachers with lessons and classroom activities
Providing one‑to‑one or small‑group support to pupils
Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
Supporting pupils with additional needs and adapting your approach where needed
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
Working alongside staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children (any age group welcome)
A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
Confidence supporting pupils with different needs and abilities
Strong teamwork and communication skills
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
